Today my truck and wife's car were towed for parking lot resurfacing. Our combined bill is looking to be over $500. Towing cars at 7:30 in the morning on a Monday is incredibly shady. Notice was given but scheduling work at 7:30 in the morning following a weekend with out any sort of grace period is inexcusable. Instead of moving it to the street or part of the lot not being resurfaced they towed it all the way to North Denver with Wyatt towing. These guys must a a sweetheart deal with the towing company. They did not even knock on the door on the clearly marked parking space my wife's car was in.

If you have been thinking of a third party HOA that will manage your building even slightly well, ... do not think twice about Craig Supplee and HOA Simple. We have been simply lied to by him on several accounts. Aside from his simple laziness he is very unprofessional and he seems incompetent to handle even one small property. Don't let him fool you, he is a one man show who makes his so called "LLC" company and makes it seem as if it has employees that will do tasks around the property. Apparently he is the "President and Manager" of several other properties and seems to have himself stretched very thin. Do not let this man and his ridiculous one man show handle the management of your property, especially if your selling. If your perspective buyers get wind of how poorly this man is mismanaging things you will never sell your condo. Hence the term, "Buyer beware."
