What is the best way to get an on-air gig in hot AC?

I have recently graduated from broadcasting school. while in school I interned for a top Hot AC show in Denver. Now I am trying to figure out the best way to find a job in the industry. Anyone have some good advice?

if that's not you, then you would work out in just about any other format
